White-Glove Delivery Overview
Our exclusive white glove delivery service is second to none! Our delivery team is comprised of highly trained Babette’s employees who take pride in doing their absolute best for each and every customer, which is why we have spent over 38 years focusing on the details. From carefully padding your entryway upon arrival, to the placement of your new furniture and cleanup afterward, we guarantee you haven’t experienced a delivery team quite like ours.
Our Delivery Rates:
- Orders under $500: $49 local delivery fee
- Orders $500 and over: $99 local delivery fee (up to 50 miles from our Leesburg distribution center)
- Beyond 50 Miles: $2.00 per additional mile
Please note: We deliver exclusively within Central Florida/State of Florida and do not ship outside our local network.
Scheduling & Arrival Windows
When your furniture arrives at our distribution facility, our delivery coordinator will contact you to alert you that your order is ready. Remaining balances must be paid in full prior to scheduling.
Arrival Windows: The day before your scheduled delivery, you will receive an automated text message and/or email providing your 2-hour arrival window (notifications go out after 12:00 PM).
Cancelling or Rescheduling Delivery
To ensure safe loading and efficient route scheduling, we prepare and inspect merchandise the day prior to delivery. Your furniture is unboxed, thoroughly inspected, and padded before loading onto our trucks.
Rescheduling or cancelling a delivery requires at least 24-hour advance notice. Cancellations with less than 24-hour notice incur a $150 re-delivery fee due to the labor required to unload and reload the vehicle.
Hold Policy: Balance must be paid in full if delivery cannot be accepted within 2 weeks of arrival. Items held over 60 days incur a $50/month storage fee.

What to Expect on Delivery Day
A delivery team in Babette’s uniforms will deliver your furniture in our branded delivery trucks. On arrival, our team will:
- Review your order and inspect the pathway and placement area.
- Use protective floor mats and door guards.
- Place, wipe down, inspect, and photograph your new furniture.
- Demonstrate mechanics, power features, or special care instructions.
Limitations: Delivery does not include hauling away old furniture, disassembling extra items outside placement, or wiring electronic/stereo components beyond basic TV placement.

- Measure doorways, hallways, and rooms to ensure items fit.
- Clear the placement area and removal paths before arrival.
- Inspect all items thoroughly prior to signing delivery receipt.
Our Responsibilities
- Communicate any unforeseen truck or route delays promptly.
- Provide merchandise meeting manufacturer quality specs.
- Facilitate swift in-home service or exchanges if defects occur.
Free Local Warehouse Pickup
Free local pickup is available at our main Distribution Center in Leesburg. To ensure quality assurance, all pickup merchandise is unboxed, assembled, and thoroughly inspected by our staff prior to your arrival.
Important Requirement: We require at least 1-hour advance notice before you arrive so our team can prep and unbox your items.
Customer Responsibility: Please bring your own protective blankets, tie-downs, and tarps. Our team cannot provide loading materials or secure loads to customer vehicles.
