I. NAME OF PROMOTION: Babette’s Furniture & Home Anniversary Sale $5,000 Room Makeover by Bassett Promotion (the “Promotion”).

II. SPONSOR AND ADMINISTRATOR: This Promotion is sponsored and administered by Babette’s Furniture & Home (the “Sponsor and Administrator”), located at 8345 US Highway 441, Leesburg, Florida 34788.

III. ELIGIBILITY: To be eligible, the entrant must be at least 18 years of age and able to provide proof of age. Employees of the Sponsor and their immediate family members are not eligible. By participating in this Promotion, all entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and agree that decisions of the Sponsor will be valid and binding in all respects. The Sponsor is not responsible for incomplete, inaccurate or invalid entries. Copies of all entry forms submitted for verification will become the property of the Sponsor, and by completing the Promotion Registration (as defined below), all entrants consent to the limited use of information provided on the form by the Sponsor, but will always have the ability to opt out of any subsequent email correspondence. This promotion is available to customers who live up to 50 miles from our Leesburg, Florida Warehouse. We will not ship or deliver outside of Florida for the winner.

IV. HOW TO ENTER: No Purchase Necessary. Registration begins September 18, 2026 at 10:00 am EST and ends on November 4, 2026 at 9:00 pm EST. To enter the Promotion, consumers may complete an entry form in one of the two Babette’s Furniture & Home locations during regular business hours. The stores are located at 8345 US Highway 441, Leesburg, Florida 34788 and at 3691 Meggison Road, The Villages, Florida 32163. Upon completing the Promotion Registration, entrants will receive one (1) entry in the grand prize drawing (the “Grand Prize”). Maximum of one (1) Promotion Registration per person will be accepted. Any effort by an entrant to misrepresent themselves through the use of aliases or multiple email addresses or telephone numbers or misrepresent their eligibility or age will disqualify that entrant.

V. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION:
Grand Prize Drawing: A random drawing of Grand Prize entries will be made on or about November 10th, 2026. One (1) potential Grand Prize winner will be drawn at random. The potential Grand Prize winner will be notified via email or phone within 48 hours of the drawing. The potential Grand Prize winner will have seven (7) days to claim their Grand Prize by responding to the email or phone notification by the Sponsor, after which they will forfeit the Grand Prize and have no further claim to the Grand Prize. Sponsor will then award the Grand Prize to the next entrant selected in the random drawing. The Grand Prize cannot be transferred, substituted, or redeemed for cash. Upon acceptance of a Grand Prize, the Grand Prize winner shall be deemed to have waived all claims against the Sponsor arising out of entry in the Promotion.

VI. PRIZES: Grand Prize (maximum of (1) one): The Grand Prize is a $5,000 gift certificate to be used exclusively for the purchase of any Bassett furniture items in either of the Babette’s Furniture & Homes stores (“the Stores”) at the prevailing retail selling price in the store at the time the furniture is selected. Special order items currently available for purchase through the Stores will be included. The Grand Prize winner will also receive in-store interior design services from Babette’s Furniture & Home, which are always complimentary. All tax liabilities and delivery charges on furniture items will be the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize winner. Winner will receive a Form 1099.

VII. ODDS OF WINNING: The odds of winning a prize will depend upon the number of eligible entries received and are subject to the selection of the winning entry as described in Paragraphs III, IV, V.

VIII. NOTICE: This Promotion is void where prohibited by law. By participating in this Promotion, to the greatest extent permitted under the law, all entrants release and agree to hold harmless the Promotion Releasees (as defined below), and each of their respective attorneys, affiliated officers and directors, representatives, and agents from any and all liabilities for any injuries, losses, or damages, including death, and property damage arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, out of participation in this Promotion or acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the prize. The term “Promotion Releasee” shall collectively mean the Sponsor, Babette’s Furniture & Home, and their owners, subsidiaries, divisions, related affiliates, suppliers, distributors and advertising, promotional and judging agencies.

IX. WINNERS: The name of prize winners may be obtained at the conclusion of the Promotion, and for a period thereafter of up to 60 days by sending a first class stamped, self-addressed envelope to Babette’s Furniture & Home 8345 US Highway 441, Leesburg, Florida 34788, Attn: Marketing Department.

X. DURATION OF PROMOTION: This Promotion will commence on September 18, 2025 at 10:00 am EST and conclude on November 4, 2026 at 9:00 pm EST.

XI. ADDITIONAL RULES AND RESTRICTIONS: By participating in this Promotion, entrants agree to abide by and be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final in all matters relating to this Promotion. The decisions of the Sponsor, and any entity selected to represent the Sponsor regarding this promotion, are final and binding in all respects. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify persons found tampering with or otherwise abusing any aspect of this Promotion as solely determined by Sponsor. In the event an entrant wins a prize and is later found to be in violation of these rules he/she will be required to forfeit the prize or to reimburse Sponsor for the stated value of the prize. False, fraudulent or deceptive entries or acts shall render entrant’s ineligible for any prize. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other errors in the printing or advertising of the offer, administration, execution, or announcement of the prizes or prize winners.

XII. IN CASE OF DISPUTES: By participating, each participant agrees that (1) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with this Promotion shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and any judicial proceeding shall take place in a federal or state court within the State of Florida; (2) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred and not attorney fees; and (3) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, or any other damages other than actual out-of-pocket expenses, or any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant and Sponsor in connection with this Promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions (whether of the State of Florida or any other jurisdiction), that would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Florida.
